RacePace offers instructor-led group running classes in a modern, sleek treadmill studio environment. The classes are comprised of a variety of speed and hill intervals to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your training. Our program is centralized on the premise that in order to adequately prepare for a race, you need to practice running at or above your target RacePace. Regardless of your experience or ability, you can benefit from the instruction, support and energy that the RP coaches and your fellow RacePacers will provide. Whether you’re a first-time runner or an Olympic miler, we will provide the environment and resources to help you achieve and exceed your running goals!
