Leila Navon is a Houston-based artist and the founder of Netherbound Studio, where she creates immersive sculptural and mixed media installations that invite physical interaction and emotional presence. With the background in sound design and a degree from the California Institute of the Arts, Leila’s creative path has spanned interactive sound-based installations, professional calligraphy, and large-scale murals.

Her current work explores the in-between— spaces that are neither here nor there, finished nor abandoned. Through tactile materials, evolving forms, and surreal environments, she encourages viewers to not just observe, but engage with the living, breathing nature of art. As the name, Netherbound suggests, her practice embraces the exploratory, the liminal, and the unknown.
