Sergio (b.1980 in Los Angeles, California) is a visual artist currently living and working in Houston, Texas.

Sergio’s work explores the fluid dynamics of sensation as experienced from and through the body. There is a power in vulnerability that comes from undressing Sergio’s subjects, as societal layers of shame, guilt and constraints are gracefully stripped away to reveal a bare state of being and emotion. Using nudity as a visual language invites the viewer to observe and reflect on such expressions while creating a space of intimacy and deeper connection.
