This Time Around

This Time Around highlights the talent of young adults exploring contemporary concerns. Featuring the artworks of Year I and II, International Baccalaureate Art students from the Awty International School, this show offers a glimpse into the personal expression of young artists as they navigate the complex issues that shape society. Over the course of two years, these students have engaged in a rigorous program of theoretical, practical, and curatorial experiences. Through experimentation, investigation, and reflection, their artwork explores topics that shape our world and reflect their vantage point as young people.

The works on display in This Time Around are a testament to these students’ unique perspectives.  Grappling with issues of identity, politics, social justice, or environmentalism, these young artists bring a fresh and provocative voice to the conversation.
