Join local artist and Texas State Board of Educators certified instructor Shauna Marie for a creative 2‑hour workshop that transforms your favorite photographs into layered encaustic works of art.
Using beeswax, oil paint, and your own printed images, you’ll create two original 5”x5” artworks on wood panels—fusing nostalgia and modern artistry in a process inspired by the timeless, hand‑painted photographs of the early 1900s. All supplies included.
What to Expect:
This specialty workshop welcomes artists of all experience levels—perfect for first‑time painters or anyone curious about encaustic art. Learn base techniques, layering, color mixing, and composition while exploring one of the oldest art forms in a fresh, personal way.
