Native Soul documents the faces, objects, and stories of the community through portrait photography incorporating culturally meaningful objects and personal histories. Community members of Mesoamerican ancestry are invited to participate in this live photo session. If this sounds like you or someone you know, please visit the form to sign up HERE. Participants are encouraged to bring a meaningful object connected to their family history and cultural memory.
Visitors are also invited to witness the live portrait session as it unfolds, leave reflections on the gallery walls, and create a self-portrait at the Polaroid selfie station.
