Join us on June 20, 2026 for Houston’s Face-Off event, sponsored by the Portrait Society of
America. This dynamic live experience features local portrait artists who transform blank
canvases into vivid works of art. This is a unique opportunity for audiences to watch the artists’
process. During the three-hour session, artists paint directly from costumed models, capturing
intricate details, expressive poses, and the energy of the moment while spectators observe the
entire process. For onlookers, it offers a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into artistic technique
and time-sensitive decision-making, turning what is often a solitary practice into an engaging
social event. Join us for light bites, socializing, and some great painting!
