Fortuitous Fine Jewelry is the studio of Houston jeweler and goldsmith Melody Venatta, specializing in custom fine jewelry and giving old jewelry new life.

Melody works one on one with clients to create pieces that feel personal - whether starting from scratch, reimagining an heirloom, restoring a worn favorite, or finding a new purpose for stones and jewelry tucked away in a box. The studio also offers permanent jewelry, vintage and one-of-a-kind finds, and personalized accessories for very spoiled pets.

Fortuitous is also home to Houston Tooth Gems, where Melody has been creating and applying fine jewelry for teeth in solid gold, platinum, diamonds and gemstones since 2013.

Fortuitous means “happening by a happy chance” - a fitting name for the people, pieces, and stories that find their way to us, and the little bit of luck woven through them.
