Core Theory Fitness is a semi-private personal training studio. Strength is a form of agency. It is the quiet confidence that comes from knowing your body, trusting it, and maintaining it through change. I do this work because I have lived in a body that was once strong, then unfamiliar, and I understand how disorienting that shift can be. As women move through perimenopause or experience rapid weight loss, muscle is often the first thing lost and the least discussed. Training, for me, is not about performance or appearance. It is about preserving capability, stability, and independence through inevitable physiological change. My work is an exploration of strength as something practiced with intention, patience, and respect rather than force.
