Carter Hicks Photography is the result of my journey with photography beginning in my high school years in the early 1970's.

Much of my photography in recent years has been an outgrowth of my frequent travels around the country and lately in the wider world.

I am always on the lookout for compelling visual imagery during my travels - whether its buildings, streetscapes, people, or anything else that crosses my vision.
